I came here because hubby is Bulgarian. 😁

It is much more delicious if you cook it with roasted peppers from a jar and homemade tomato sauce or even lyutenitsa ! Also don't use so many eggs. 2 are enough because we don't want to lose the pretty red color that the peppers and the sauce create. And adding leek alongside the onion will only make the taste richer and fuller ✨👌🏻🌶️ This is definitely one of my all time favorite recipes because it's high in protein, vitamins and healthy carbs! I’m just looking for a recepie not really doing yours but if I’m half way in cuttings the tomatoes but to say I’m Bulgarian and every Bulgarian dish smells amazing 🤤

It’s beautiful tho, I’m not being cocky on it. It’s called melemen and it’s been eaten by them turk’s and other nations in turkey, but most of ‘em don’t use cheese.

But we do, I’m also a person who is comes from blacksea and its name is “sundurmali” at our county on blacksean coast, which is basicly “tensed with” btw.

It’s so lovely to having same food with other blacksean people without noticing to.

Its Turkish... Unhealthy and super greasy dish for the poor but eh well... Bulgarians also call their slave meal banitza "traditional food" so no surprises here.
Just don't show this mess to Gordon Ramsey and everything will be fine.
You still get a like for the accuracy of this recipe and video quality.
