Very depends...
But you shouldn't exercise too intense in the morning.
What I do is strecthing , any head inversion exercise, Vitamin D
Strecthing to relieves uncomfortable stiffness
Head inversion and Vitamin D help pulling blood to your brain, reduce brain fog.

Exercise will give your muscle fatique which is uncomfortable to carry it for entire day.
So I will exercise in the evening instead.

So video too short, little information Recommended researching further.

So today I got my score in exam I acctually did my best but that all I can do I acctually pass but I don't feel satisfied at all instead I feel disappointmented of my self "I should have done taht instead" or "why dint I do that" uhhhh

Nah. I've seen a lot of people that do regular exercise every morning but they are stupid. And I've seen some sleep deprived people that don't exercise at all but are smart.
