But you shouldn't exercise too intense in the morning.
What I do is strecthing , any head inversion exercise, Vitamin D
Strecthing to relieves uncomfortable stiffness
Head inversion and Vitamin D help pulling blood to your brain, reduce brain fog.
Exercise will give your muscle fatique which is uncomfortable to carry it for entire day.
So I will exercise in the evening instead.
