Thus when you hear the alarm you will know that you are already late and you MUST get up or else...
This way I learned to wake up BEFORE the alarm. ⏰

1. Don't set your alarm
2. Don't keep a to-do list
3. Don't email
4. Drink Pepsi Max instead of Water
5. Avoid people as much as possible
6. Eat food you like - regardless of how bad it supposedly is for you
7. Eat as much junk food as you want
8. You won't need your phone since you've been avoiding people so much - they stopped trying to contact you
9. Spend plenty of time in bed.
10. Spend as much time as possible doing things you enjoy.

Ответить1. Put morning clock opposited to your bed after waking up
2. Have to - do - list of everyday about the important thing in the long run that we might neglect.
3. Bring water bottle by ourr side regularly.
4. Don't go to bed being fussed with our partner
5. Keep physical to do list note book next by your clock to keep motivated in beggining day.
6. Consumne food with higher quality/energy like fruits in the grocery
7. Make your own folder called Praise where you keep the saying people appriciate your work.
8. Put aside At least 10 minutes/day to sit still just with yourself.
9. Exercise regularly/Consumne junk food on moderation. Don't keep it within your eyes at your environment.
10. Keep our phone in silence mode to better focus on what is going on at Present moment.
instead of getting an alarm clock, try setting your phone across the room in a cup. the cup amplifies the sound, you have to actually get out of bed to turn it off, and you dont have to spend money on an alarm clock. :)

It's a really great video,these things you really need,some things I would add could be cold showers and whim hof method of breathing(they are life changing for me)
ОтветитьFor years I tried to was up at 5. Finally I did it! But its wasn't putting my phone on the second part of the bed:D I put it in my bathroom, set the alarm on birds signinig (not to wcale up my kids and hubby). When you are forced to walk, and go automatically to bathroom, you wake yourself up. It works!
