Grab a mat and join me in this 15 minute THIGH TONING PILATES workout!
This workout routine includes, a warm up, some standing and mat pilates, and a cool down.
All of the exercises are designed to strengthen, sculpt, and tone those muscles in your inner and outer thighs (adductors and abductors) as well as your quads and hamstrings. All of the exercises are explained fully with clear instructions and lots of motivation which makes this workout routine suitable for all levels including beginners. You don't need any equipment for this so let's get started on working towards the legs of your dreams!
