Этот дизайн называется Aero Mobile. Выглядит на троечку, особенно со статус баром в верхнем правом углу. Для работы никто такое не возьмёт.
Если они хотят сделать ОСь более приближённой к мобильной (как это было с восьмёркой, кстати не очень удачно), то должны выпустить как минимум новые устройства, нового класса. Это не красиво, это просто дешёвая репродукция.
