Ответитьim doing the 2023 summer shred workout... let's see if i stick to it
day 1 - done (i rested a little bit more in between exercises, and if i couldn't do plank-related ones i switched to a regular plank! let's see if i get used to this)
day 2 - done (this video wasn't part of today's session, but i remembered i commented here! it was super hard on my legs, but that was the point, rested a little bit more in between exercises as well)
First day today after nearly 3 years of no workout, need all the motivation because I could only manage about 9 minutes.

Ответитьthis is my first day on summher shred challenge and i am detirmined to finish it! i also want to fix my eating habits so i hope i can do it! to motivate myself, i will leave some comments on every video after i finish the workouts so maybe i can inspire someone too!
today was HARD. like i was not able to finish all of the exercises but i tired my best. i know it will get easier and i will be able to do all of them without any time-breaks. keeping in mind i tell myself that there is nothing to feel guilty. who cares if i only did 2 plank taps? what matters is i tried to move my body and change my habits. let's go everyone, we can finish this!
