Merry Christmas everyone! Hope you all enjoy this episode and looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
ОтветитьI like the home but yeah seems bit to expensive.
ОтветитьHere's your assembly line house, prefabbed walls to save money...$350k...with track lighting. This is pretty funny. It's not a bad house, but where is the value? Simple?!? No way, just pay a contractor for this price, with the land.
ОтветитьAllo are they good for Quebec winter?
ОтветитьYou always do a great job, Enes. So good that for a moment I almost ignored the price, even though I knew the technical implications and possible profit margin in contrast to a regular home and traditional arrange with the land. I've always found the concept of a modular house interesting, I hope one day I can try it, even if the idea is good but doesn't stay long-term on the market like I recently did by turning a container into my guest house
ОтветитьVery interesting concept! Thanks for the great content
Ответить👍
ОтветитьHouse $50k, design $150k labour $150k 😂🤷♂️
ОтветитьCustom home from your Iphone. Sigh....
ОтветитьEvery time they say “minimalist,” we all have to down a shot. Most of us will be hospitalized by the end of the video.
ОтветитьLovely ❤❤❤, really enjoyed this
ОтветитьIt’s a cool idea but part of the reason for having a tiny home is its price, which usually runs well under 200,00.00 I suppose there are people who can afford to live in a expensive tiny home if they like living with less because you do have to learn to live with a lot less stuff. I think if they can get the price down to 200 or less then I think it would be a good thing. If one likes contemporary design and wants everything all white ( that’s not me) I don’t care for contemp. Design. To me it feels cold and hard. I have to say I was surprised at how big the bedroom was though, that was great and it had a lot of storage. One thing lacking in a lot of tiny homes is storage. Some have lots and some it seems the designers never considered people might need to store sheets, blankets and towels and more than 4 changes of clothes. lol yea really. I saw one that had such tiny and I mean ti y bedroom closets one slim one on each side of the bed at the head that you could fit maybe 2 to 4 shirts hanging in each one and that’s it. Another thing is deck size ( I loved this had a full garage though, you can use it to store thing too) every tiny home I’ve seen..well the majority had a huge deck so people could spend time with guests and entertaining on the deck which was usually covered so maybe keep that in mind too. Now if there was a way to have some of those walls be a color I think that would attract more people. Even having one wall a color or the kitchen cabinets could make them feel warmer and more inviting. Cool idea though. I love how they can be put to gather right on site like that. Too pricey for most people wanting a tiny home though. I think if there were something like this that was really affordable and the land was gov owned or something it might solve a big chunk of the homeless problem we have. Building mental health facility’s for people to actually live in for life because they can’t be on the streets and are too ill to care for themselves would fix the other part.
ОтветитьWhere is mikey?
ОтветитьThis is not a home, it’s a very expensive shelter.
Ответитьaffordable? efficient? low cost? Is this a joke?
ОтветитьI would like him to take a tour of a house I saw because the guy on the tour I saw didn't go into much detail about the house, and Enes does the tours very well, but I don't know how to let Enes know, please help.😬
ОтветитьWhere’s Mickie?
ОтветитьNot my vibe, but appreciate the video and tour man ouo)/
ОтветитьA bit claustrophobic for my tastes and kinda funny the garage is bigger than the home, but still a nice design for what it is
ОтветитьI stopped watching after they mentioned the price. Like what's the point.
ОтветитьVery interesting home
ОтветитьDoes $350k include the garage foundation?
ОтветитьNice kicks Enes! 🙌🏼
ОтветитьAre the wall panels and cabinet doors available in different colours, or will they take paint? That sterile white throughout the home would be a deal breaker for me.
ОтветитьSoooo... a tiny apartment with fewer amenities for $350k? Just how much crack were those guys smoking? Did they actually get seed money or are they just living off of some rich daddy?
As always, Enes is super professional and produced a top tier film. Some of the houses, I would find it very hard to keep saying positive things about but Enes always keeps that positivity.
The price is asinine! Not long ago I bought a 33 acre property with a 900 sqft home for $105k. For people living outside of big cities, $350k is NOT affordable.
Ответить2 Bedroom for 514k? That's insane lol
ОтветитьAffordable my ass
Ответитьvery nice
Ответитьis this company a South Korean? I think so...
ОтветитьI always enjoyed watching your review of top of the line, luxurious houses, but I really love to see more affordable beautiful houses.
ОтветитьAin't no damn way😂
ОтветитьAdorable and very cozy for one person but way overpriced. Also the glass doors don't look like they are privacy glass, so while it might be nice in the daytime, there is no privacy at night.
ОтветитьEnes what is the name of that stainless watch that you wear, it sleek like james bond, just like the homes you tour!👍
ОтветитьHere is the problem... At these prices for a 1 or 2 bedroom house, it's not exactly cheaper than the rest! Trust me; I don't leave anywhere cheap, either!
This company is more or less offering a "solution" to the housing crisis. However, at these prices, it's not a solution. It is exploitation. I personally would not buy a prefab home for these prices. It would have to be about half this price!
Sad what modern housing is becoming... Slave class.
ОтветитьThere doesn't seem to be much headroom in the garage .
Ответитьmust be a joke, thank you.
ОтветитьI am believing that Cover, it is going to be like Tesla but for homes, yes? The others in this field, they are not quite there. You see, Tesla, they started with this fancy Roadster. It was not cheap, no, but it opened the way for the Model S, X, and then Model 3. I am thinking, Cover and its team, they can do this too. They are having very smart investors, same as those in SpaceX and Tesla. It's very impressive, I am thinking.
ОтветитьThis look like main character gta safehouse
ОтветитьWhere is Mikey?
ОтветитьFam how much did they pay you to make this video. Because $820 per SqFt is fkn insane! Even in LA
ОтветитьLike a tesla, overpriced
Ответить350k for 425 sqft and no backyard is wild
ОтветитьNice video as usual!🙏🙏
ОтветитьMy grandparents owned a Sears catalog Home in VA. Later on I ended up working for Sears construction Division building the homes for a short time before it became Subcontractor only. It would shock you the amount of jobs they had available that had nothing to do with product sales.
ОтветитьI mean the price is fair esp considering it’s a stand alone structure. Furniture looks pretty wack but ig you don’t have to order it 🤔
Ответитьeveryone who is saying its too much is not keeping in mind transportation and how quick it gets build, and its in LA
Ответитьthat sq ft for that money is an insult. didn't watch past the time to write this!
Ответить“Designed like a Tesla” so overhyped, badly put together and disappointing its customers? 😭😆
Ответить
