I grew short and sweet carrots in 12 inch tall containers I got 5-6 carrots per container. My containers were smaller in width too. I was very satisfied with how they turned out. They were easy to grow. This was a very good video.

This is fantastic way to show how we can grow our own food even if we don't have access to a large garden . Just need to find the right pots/ containers and soil. But I was wondering can you grow them even when it's winter ( i could keep them inside in the veranda but still it's aonly a few degrees ...this gardener obviously lives ina warmer country

This is a great video. Thanks!! Our first attempt at growing carrots, we planted 750,000 seeds in 1/2 hectare.... after 14 days, we had little plants. Then Panama rains came and washed them all to the ocean with 4 inches of water running over the farm. I love the IN BUCKET idea!!
