4 Tbsp butter
½ cup plus 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 large eggs plus 2 egg yolks

1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
like how much is half a cup? How big is the cup? Is there any where I can find the list in weight? Ounces or grams?
I… immediately made the last recipe. Stood up before the video was over, paused and used the recipe, and now sitting back down while they bake 😇

ОтветитьI just baked the third brownie recipe. They had been baking in the oven for 25 minutes when the top of the brownies appeared to be becoming overcooked so I removed them. I let them cool in the tray for an hour and now I've just removed them, and the bottom is very undercooked and very oily. I cut into the brownies and again, very undercooked. I'm confused... What did I get wrong? The oiliness in particular is confusing me. Can anyone advise?

Fudgier brownies are best hot with ice cream, hands down.
But a more cake-like brownie for standalone eating and a nice glass of milk.

ОтветитьWhen it comes to the chewy and fudgy brownies, whenever they’re left over and have cooled to room temperature, do people prefer to heat up those types of brownies to melt the chopped chocolate bits? Because while I enjoy the chewiness of those brownies, the re-solidified chocolate bits ruin that texture for me.

Ответитьmade the cakey brownies and frosting (plus added some espresso to the milk i added to frosting). i tasted it and had to double the frosting immediately. best buttercream i’ve ever made. my friends loved the brownies. i’ve been eating them every single day since i made them. thanks

ОтветитьI have made the fudgy brownies twice and they came out like a brownie lava cake. When baking it for the second time I baked it for 40 mins and same result. Both times I used parchment paper, so maybe foil might be the key. Idk I'm just so angry that I messed it up and also idk if anyone will have a solution.

I want you to make a video where you make the Brownie Earthquake, a popular dessert item on Dairy Queen's menu that was discontinued like 10 years ago. All their replacements for it and all the recipes I could find don't quite hit the same level of pleasure for me. This was my favourite thing to get as a kid back in the olden days and it would honour me to see it done sugary justice on your show.
