This made me able to walk after pulling a muscle in my heel but it still hurts a bit and i can't run any tips on what to do now

I did a bunch of crazy massages and techniques yesterday that gave slight if any relief. I think I may have plantar fascitis on my 4th day of pain, and this one thing alone let me actually plant my whole foot down and walk. Thank you sooooo much😂. It's tears of happiness
