Nice . Stripper class

I am a studio owner. My studio has been around for 10 years. And this is by far the worst form I have ever seen. I see so many mistakes for injury here. This is very unsafe teaching. All the form and technique is down right awful. The teaching is downright awful don’t even get me started. I would never have an instructor like this. Actually correction I don’t have instructors like this. These poor students look uncomfortable and uniformed. There’s no direction no correction, no toe points, you have to keep your arms straight and above you have to engage your body and to shoulders. The list is just to long to list. I may not be a “pro” at Pole but I have been doing pole for a long time and I have been teaching for a long time. And honestly this is THE WORST pole teaching video I’ve ever seen. This teacher needs to get taught properly to ensure safety and proper form and posture. Just to bad. Because this video makes pole fitness studio look bad. Because This isn’t pole.

It's so poorly done by all of them that I can't even say who was the instructor, well yeah her lips was moving! 🙈

scusatemi ma questa non è pole dance! La pole dance come dice appunto il nome è una danza, qui sono degli esercizi fatti a caso su un palo e anche l'insegnante è pessima! Correre al palo poi è assurdo! Nella VERA pole dance i passi intorno al palo sono sulle punte e con un numero ben preciso a seconda del trick da eseguire e non andando a passeggio come fa lei! Io stento a crederci! La salita poi non si può vedere, sbagliata proprio la tecnica, infatti è orribile per chi guarda! Sembra che arranchino, cosa che di fatto fanno, invece il risultato finale deve essere un movimento fluido e morbido dove non si vede lo sforzo. No non ci siamo...non caricate questi video col nome di pole dance per favore! La tipa che insegna prima di farlo si vada a prendere un attestato e faccia due corsi almeno!
