ОтветитьJust discovered this work out. I’m a runner and work my arms with weights but need a full body workout for the morning. I found it! Wow! I’m glad I started it in the summer! I teach and if I had started this during school I’d be hurting! Feeling muscles I haven’t felt in a while! I’m 51 and this workout is exactly what I needed!

ОтветитьTY! I always come back to this work out it is one of the best for 20min full body. Only thing, whenever you say “don’t come down” “don’t give up” I tend to get tensed and fail to hold. Instead of using “Don’t” it feels more empowering to hear “you CAN”
