Jesus actually did question people's theology. He said in Mathew, "Now you have read that you should not commit adultery but I tell you a man who looks at a woman with lust has already committed aldultry in his heart." Something like that.

I just discovered Brandan and I am from Germany. Listening to Brandon and reading these comments is quite an experience.
Almost every theologian teacher I know in Germany would agree with Brandans way of interpretation of the Bible - unless they are evangelicals. In Germany less than 1% are evangelicals, they are extreme right wing Christians with a political agenda.
Jesus was anything but not conservative, he was progressive. If you read Jesus teachings carefully you will find almost nothing of it in Americas Christianity, because it had been taken by those 😊who rule the system, because his teaching is far too radical and progressive than people can bare, if you just think about what Jesus was teaching about money and his sermons.

Have you studied other religions? I am spiritual but i dont subscribe to one religion. I think they are all describing the same thing. But with cultural differences. Mans mark is on all of gods word. I know for certain that Jesus Christ is Lord. My entire life is a testimony of Christ calling me to him. You can be a Jesus themed agnostic, but you shouldn't assume to be a teacher. I agree . I want to believe God is real but honestly I’m ok not knowing for sure . I reading in the Bible a walking talking eating lunch and reasoning with God . And I just don’t experience that in my life . I’m not sure if miracles are real . There is definitely not one like in the Bible and I don’t know if today science could explain those miracles if people knew what we know today

If you don't believe Jesus is the son of God & that He died & was resurrected to atone for man's sins, you've missed the biggest point in the whole story. I am a gay Christian.
