ОтветитьI love the all standing workouts on days I'm at the park or outside with my kids and don't have a mat. Thank you for making so many that I don't get bored. These are also short enough I can sneak them in without my kids complaining and intense enough I still get a good workout in.

ОтветитьAfter doing this workout, my head hurts and I feel like vomiting. Definitely needs to take break in between. This is really great workout for intermidiate. Not suitable for beginner
