This was indeed, a miracle accomplished at the by the hands of an expert pilot. The movie with Tom Hanks was wonderful, thank you to the crew who saved the passengers of this airplane.

We got angels protecting us….shut up lady, u had a pilot who has done what had to be done. Be thankful for the person who saved u, who was the pilot not god!

They were very fortunate to have such a Capt. Thankful very much for his service to his country. As well as the skills he learnt while in service. With out his bravery and skill things that day would certainly been different!!

Of course it was a miracle, God gave Sully his abilities and allowed for the conditions of the rescue.

the three stripes on the epaulettes of the pilot's shoulders is for a First Officer, which was Jeff. Sully, the Captain, would have 4 stripes on his shoulders. What ticks me off is the fact that Sully suffered a wage decrease because of this, like it's his fault! I remember seeing this on the news, and I was so glad that everyone was alive.

Nobody was able to duplicate what Sully was able to accomplish that day, even with many, many tries in a simulator by experienced pilots. That's why is was called a miracle, because it was.

Despite all the hedonism and sinfulness of America and specifically New York City which brought about the so-called 9/11, this is a very heartwarming story. Remember, God will not destroy a city as long as there is still one good person in it. Thank you God.
