ОтветитьFANTASTIC workout! I really like it going straight through without the rest and changing through the circuits. I also like how you show variations for easier and harder motions. I’ve started changing multiple videos together and I’m seeing the results.

ОтветитьOk so I'm 72 and haven't worked out in forever. I know I should start slow but be consistent and build up. How often a day should I do this? And how should I progress as a beginner?

ОтветитьThis is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I was a personal trainer up until about three years ago and then I injured my back at work and that was a wrap. I have been able to do yoga but that’s about it. Since I found this video I’ve been able to burn calories while keeping my back in mind, thank you so much. This is very inspiring.

ОтветитьI'm getting back into working out after blowing out my knee awhile back and have been trying to find workouts that are low impact. This was absolutely amazing, my legs are on fire, but in a good way. I do need to get another chair though cuz a rolling desk chair on wood is not the best for this lol but definitely coming back for the other workouts.
