The only issue with this is that in all my studies of J. D. Rockefeller I've never found a proven example of him bribing any legislator. It would have been nice if you could have verified that claim because the thing is, he didn't need political pull. He was the quintessential genius of laissez-faire capitalism. It was the wannabe competitors that needed to bribe politicians in order to compete, not him. It's a sad thing when someone is attacked by government force simply for being the best at what they do

Men pale in horrid comparison to men of these days, that heart and ambition to grow and thrive from nothing; that’s what made the US, THE USA… with that said it’s still kind of fcuked up that he funded the modern day school system because he wanted workers not thinkers; talk about curtailing competition lol… just missed the part where he , his family and fellow eugenicist bankrolled the holocaust…

Good summary of the life of this shark, apparently his family isn't on the Forbes list (largely), but a lot of their money is tied up in trusts.
