It looks like Lukather to Joe’s right that’s smiling. Bushy black hair. Another Guitar Titan!
ОтветитьI have watched many of these episodes of Les Paul, and this is the only one I ever recall Les Paul having him his personal Les Paul usually he has one on the side of the stage. “It’s so hard to say I love you, when you’re sittin’ on my face….” 😂😂😂
ОтветитьWow, what kind of amp is Les Paul using because it sounds like Fender Twin Reverb or Ampeg v4. It's soaked in reverb, I love that Reverb guitar sound.
ОтветитьLove it
ОтветитьIs that Howard stern to his right? I swear it looks like howard.
I think so.
None of them would be anything, none of us would be anything but acoustic guitar players if it wasn’t for Les Paul. It’s amazing to watch one legend pay respects to another legend. And then, they both jam. What a night that must’ve been!
ОтветитьJoe Walsh is the embodiment of what’s great about American music. Just great.
ОтветитьHe got asked on stage to play les Pauls les Paul Joe Walsh is a legend
ОтветитьJoe is a good man and just getting better!
Ответитьjoe walsh what a legend - les paul too
ОтветитьSmoking Joe Walsh
ОтветитьI don't think Lou Pallo was cut out for blues solos. 7.01 sounds like some kid who's been playing for a few weeks struggling to do a bend.
ОтветитьLittle Joe Walsh; mighty man!
ОтветитьNot sure which is the biggest thill............Joe Walsh being handed Les Paul's guitar or Les Paul getting to see Joe Walsh play his personal guitar?
ОтветитьHow did i know that the first chord that he'd make would be E? lol
ОтветитьI love Joe Walsh. Especially in his difficult days. I appreciate his bravery in sobriety.
ОтветитьSuch beautiful tone from that Les Paul. A great tribute from Joe to Les.
ОтветитьPhenomenal! These are a gem.
ОтветитьLes Paul, my great uncle.
ОтветитьLes Paul and Mary Ford's ,work is Amazing!! Thanks,yt
ОтветитьHappy Birthday Les Paul
You're missed
I've seen the Eagles twice and Joe Walsh 3 times....my life would be a lot less if it were not for these events in Rock n Roll History. While I was never lucky enough to see Les Paul in person I've heard hundreds who play his guitars and got their inspiration from him. A true American Treasure.
ОтветитьWhoops 😂
I was talkin to an ol friend of mine that was a guitar player about some flashy guitarist I saw and my buddy said yeah , ok but he ain’t no Joe Walsh 😂
I think he's had a few
ОтветитьSteve Lukather (guitarist/writer Toto) is the one that tells Les Paul its Joe’s bday then grabs him on the shoulder! Great piece of history right here.
ОтветитьFunny that I found this today. Yesterday ,I just recorded James Gangs' 2 record vinyl record set "16 Greatest Hits" onto a 90 minute Maxell cassette. Yes I still use cassettes and have a collection of 450 cassettes of classic rock artists. My 1993 Toyota Corrolla has a cassette player too. YaDig??? Talk about rockin' down the highway with four speakers. Heaven!!
ОтветитьJoe Walsh in slacks…an odd sight.
ОтветитьWent to restaurant they cut your tie off. Mine was silk. Paisley. Enitire place burned down.
ОтветитьRocky Mountain Way. I’ve never been much higher 😎🤩
ОтветитьJoe is an extraordinary player and personality!
ОтветитьIs that David Gilmour on the right? With a 80s wave?
ОтветитьI'll always wonder what Les Paul's guitar was exactly. It's absolutely amazing
ОтветитьLes always had a wicked sense of humour!
ОтветитьIf i were a great player like Joe and the Godfather of Guitars asked me if i wanted to play, when, where and what songs.😊
ОтветитьWow what an honor. Les hands him his guitar to play. I don't care how big a star you are, all bow their heads to Les.
ОтветитьWere Led Paul's pickups low impefamce?
ОтветитьWhat’s up with the rhythm guitar player? Sounds like he’s playing a different song. lol
ОтветитьJoe, you weren't wrong. Thanks for staring us off...
ОтветитьAwesome! simply awesome...
ОтветитьJoe is the consummate professional here…never steal the spotlight from the ones who invite you onstage.
ОтветитьI used to sit in the courtyard at Zone mysic in Cotati, Ca. And listen to Mr. Les Paul rehearse. Omg! That man is a monster, Hes eloquent, Stylish, Precise & Tasty, Not to mention He can Shred!!! What an honor (...And he never knew I was there. 😉🤎)
Ответить👍👍
ОтветитьInstant party, just add Joe Walsh.
ОтветитьDamn. If I had the chance to play Les Paul's guitar, I'd play the intro to the Beatles' version of "Devil In Her Heart".
ОтветитьThat was great. Les had such a great sense of humor.
ОтветитьSounds like a mixture of jazz and blues
ОтветитьIs that a tear in old Joe's eye?
ОтветитьBravo Joe🎸<[]>How ya doin✌😎☮
ОтветитьWow joe you brought a tear 2 my eye brother been following u since the days back on the Ohio farm lands took me awhile back then 2 figure out who u actually were Wow what a legend God bless you brother Walsh 👍🙏
