Many years ago I worked for a meat distributor, I delivered the products to various restaurants and sandwich shops,
On one delivery to a Asian restaurant, I came through the delivery door into the kitchen, on the floor was a lady cutting the meat on the concrete FLOOR, no cutting board or plastic, just the dirty floor.
I no longer eat at Asian restaurants, that was 40 yrs ago.

This sickening! At the restaurant I worked for every night after closing we stayed until it was clean. Everything down to the outside windows.. but imo it’s cuz it was a family owned business who actually cares about their customers as they cater to mostly locals
