I’m so glad you mentioned volume! It’s so important. So many times I’ll watch a video and the “Subscribe” button appears with a”ping!” That is twice the volume as the rest of the video. So simple just to lower the volume to be just above the video’s.

Im using art to help convey what im saying which covers the visual aspect of things but I hadn't done much with sound. which obviously leaves a huge part of the story left neglected. thanks for this.

I think the best way to get special sounds is to get a lavalier microphone (little mic with a clip) and record your own, the world is full of stuff that can produce sounds, as long as you can think of something that gets close to (or is exactly) the sound you're trying to get, and if all else fails you can always make the sounds with your mouth
Or use a synthesizer
