One of the best games to ever come out. I have met people almost 20 years ago that I still talk to, and occasionally play video games with today. Some of them in the army(quite a lot actually). And a lot that weren't. The game when it first came out had an endless budget it seemed, becaus the quality of the game at the time was high, the rules of engagement were crazy new and weird, and the recruiting element kind of made it so you would not want to misbehave, or cheat so you do not have to sit through it all over again lol.
ОтветитьTo this day, I still tell my friends America's Army 2.0 was the most realistic tactical FPS game. R.i.p.
~SBC~ Short Bus Clan til I die ✊🏽
weapons cache was my favourite map:)
ОтветитьAmerican army provided grounds one of the best games back then.
ОтветитьRoger that
ОтветитьGAME WITH RED FLAG WITH HAMMER AND SHACKLES WILL MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER. DON'T FORGET PRONOUNS.
ОтветитьGame was pretty decent back then. Challenging since you'd die from couple shots, extremely tactical. Now we have other alternatives.
ОтветитьStay the hell out of the military. It's no good.
ОтветитьWas able to play this when I was a kid in Manila
ОтветитьI played americas army all the way until severs were shut down. It was a great game
ОтветитьThose live streams make me want to join the army, so I can not join the army, and just play video games every day... 🙃
ОтветитьAA died when they left 2.8.5 imo a lot of people who could not afford higher end PCs simply could not transfer
ОтветитьDrinking game. Take a sip every time he mentions "kids".
ОтветитьHow many unqualified unsuccessful soldiers did this game recruit? Making lives miserable for Drill Sgt's all over the nation.
ОтветитьI don't really care for the anti military slant that this leads toward. The military was one of the best things that every happened to me. Many of us who get out, would like to get back in. It pulls people out of poverty, out of bad situations, gives them and their immediate family stability (if you are okay moving every 3 years). That's more than the private sector can give most.
ОтветитьSAY NO TO WAR !!!
ОтветитьThe vast majority of kids who play shooting games don't have the mindset to be successful soldiers. It's just the reality. Then the ones who want to join will do it to play games in the Army. Unless you're making them drone pilots, it becomes an Army of slobs. If they create a game that invites kids to play against actual soldiers, the kids with real potential will want to play it to try and take on real soldiers. Let them win a game or two against a soldier and make them feel bad ass about it. Then you come and say, "hey, you actually have potential, strategic mindset. Would you want to actually do this in real life?" But let the kids come to you with a natural interest, not you invading their private space, and trying to sway them into something they never showed interest first.
Ответить🤔 hmmm interesting.
ОтветитьThis game was great. Used to play it with my grandfather haha.
Ответить33 million thousand 💀
ОтветитьWow! The end of days!
Can you imagine that WW2 also ended?! This is just like that!
I can remember the days playing Americas Army 2. It was great!
Now this does bring closure for sure. :P
I can have a life now. XD
Greetings,
Jeff
R.I.P
ОтветитьI played this game my entire childhood. Why? Don't know. I loved everything about it. I tryed CoD, switched back to AA. The maps are out of this world, the movement system in game is absolutely to the point. The instant death or kill you get so many times is so insanely good. No perks, no camos, no stupidity. Pure shooter enjoyment. When i see this cartoonish games kids play nowdays...i can't believe it. It's 2023 and i still play AA with those 100 players that still play every evening...aao25 people. Sign up :)
ОтветитьIt was one of the best tactical FPS games in the 2000's - If they had stayed with the tried-and-tested formula the game would have never died.
Ответитьnever have i ever hear about this game
Ответитьi loved playing this game back then on ps4
ОтветитьAA was a dope game. Milsim before arma
ОтветитьI played AA from AA2 in 2002 right through the various iterations up to " Proving Grounds " , I was an official Beta Tester on Proving Grounds and was responsible along with my colleagues for making sure that any new features or maps added in to the game worked and were fit for purpose . I was in the NOLB Clan ( No one Left Behind ) and my ingame name was {NOLB}Driver56 .
ОтветитьGo Navy!!!!😂 the Army sucks, try Medal of Honor, SOCOM, or Ghost Recon...
ОтветитьI PLAYED THAT GAME
ОтветитьConditioning genes for future tech ...bots 😁
ОтветитьJeez. People have very different memories of this game. I remember it being the absolute MOST toxic game community I've every played in. It was filled with angry has been discharges and typicla ragers up the wall
ОтветитьAre government is pathetic
ОтветитьGood for them but i never got the chance to play it
ОтветитьAA 2.5 still exists as far as I know. The problem is account management. If someone can fix that, we all can go play AA2.5. I have the exe
ОтветитьThis was so funny cause the conservatives or the media never talked about that killer game. They didn’t care even if 7 years old play it
ОтветитьThey need to re open the servers
ОтветитьYou can still play the game. I recommend UMMS server. See u there. Hoah!
ОтветитьI’ve been in love with COD Moder Warfare since I turned 19 back in 2012. COD is the main thing that made me want to become a soldier. I specifically mean the campaign.
ОтветитьI loved this game
ОтветитьBring back the game plz “ we gotta do this as a fan base
ОтветитьAA2 & AA3 were so good…
ОтветитьARMA still stands superior.
ОтветитьI remember enlisting in the Navy because of this game lol... Because you got a cool looking badge if you are a service member.
Also the part of the reason is they pay for the tuition for college, and my parents werent so rich
Its because they went to Call of Duty
Ответитьthis was actually made in 2003 until 2013. it was a good game
Ответитьif they can give billions to other countries. . . why not give a pay raise to the military. . . an old veteran
ОтветитьI had this fucking game
Ответить
