Yk considering Trisha’s past- (coming from a spiritual person and considering I’ve been on my journey for 3 years now) this I could feel on a soul level, i was anxious before watching this and then she starts plucking and immediately I feel it in my third eye and I start to feel calm. This is coming from someone who constantly engages with energies on a daily basis and I happen to be a tarot reader on TikTok. This definitely made me feel calm and I felt things being removed. Good job Trish fr thank you for this it felt very nice.

She also said that she’s gone to long term therapy and has had proper diagnoses which provides her with correct meds. I think this was earlier on when she still wasn’t as open with this, because it hasn’t just been “spell work” that changed her life. I never heard of ASMR until late 2000’s, right before 2020. Boy does negative energy ruin relationships- I can’t even be nice when I’m maxed out and feeling completely out of control of everything, which I know God is in control, so I need to stop acting like I don’t have faith. Worrying about aging and having to accept it.
