If you wanna lucid dream stay awake for more than 24 hours, you must stay awake till you feel you're gonna drop if you don't lay to sleep, I slept around midday and had multiple dreams while exposed to light, you shouldn't move or overthink after waking from a dream but close your eyes and lay comfortably to sleep again, this way you'll have at least more than one lucid dream and many nonlucid dreams.
You must lay comfortably and not excite your body, while in your dream don't try to hard to manipulate or you might wake up, the dream will start to disintegrate, it has worked with artificial lighting, that's all my experience can say.

I really don't dream at all or at least do not remember anything at all, the only "real" dream I've ever had i was a wolf running through the forest and i could feel how powerful i am, i felt my claws digging up the earth as i ran.....i wasn't chasing anything i was running for fun and very much enjoyed it. I don't know why i don't dream, i think it's coz I'm constantly in pain and i do hard manual labor daily so i suffer..... at this very moment in time I'm dying to be alive, i feel I'm on the edge but in a good way.
