Is Surugaya's quality control slipping?

I recently bought some items from Surugaya. The 1st package arrived, 2 of the 3 items were in really good condition. Though I noticed that the 3rd item had a crack in the case. I was kinda disappointed, but I’m a lot more satisfied than ordering from eBay!

Not usually one to comment, but happy to see the uptick in videos recently. Always excited to see new jcontra content. Keep it up, this niche pocket of Japanese collectors really appreciate you.

I was shocked to see how high pokemon games were on my trip last year. Back in 2017, even in Tokyo, I was spotting Pokemon games for under $30 CIB. Now almost everything is touching $100.

There were some shops last year where I found some good deals, like a CIB Silver for $25, but it was far from perfect condition.
