Hello, I have a question about doing self pedicures. I like to trim the dead skin off of my nails too; however, I have noticed that after I have finished doing this, the nail polish seems to bleed a lot and become a runny mess which causes me to mess up. How can I avoid the nail polish from being too runny?

Great video! Question: in the past when I've trimmed that skin back from my nail beds, a few days later the skin at the top of my nail area (above the proximal nail fold area) begins to peel. What am I doing wrong?

You can give yourself a nightmarish infection that takes months to heal by doing this (paronychia). Be careful

To remove/soften cuticles, soak fingertips in warm green soapy water with a little oil added for 10 minutes.
