Thank you so much. And you look great!!
ОтветитьNice tips, thank you! I’m 70 years young and was looking for a low impact cardio workout, the rebounder seems to do the trick! There’s so many techniques and moves! I like your kicks and incorporating light weights into your routine!
ОтветитьHi, I’ve been under the impression that a larger jumping space is better. I’m 5’11” so I want to be sure I have enough space. I understand the Cellercizer is 28” - that seems so small!
I’m open to advice because I really want to choose the right rebounder for me. Thank you!
What a cute outdoor setting.

ОтветитьThank you. Good video. I do want to say to make sure you research rebounders. Not all are created equally and some can actually hurt you.
ОтветитьIs your rebounder a cellerciser?
ОтветитьJust need $500 or more to get fit.
ОтветитьThanks for this...I have the same rebounder but lost the top pieces to my support bar....and can't remember the brand name to order replacement....do you happen to know the brand?
ОтветитьI had neck/spine surgery several years ago and stopped using my rebounder. Plus- got lazy, had bad bouts with sciatica, blah, blah...
Oddly enough, recently I've seen several rebounding videos pop up. I called my spinal surgeon's office today and asked if it was ok for me to start again. I received a resounding YES! as long as I'm not doing flips, etc! Said it would be great exercise. Out of excuses now. I'm going to start slowly- 5 minutes gentle bouncing.
Glad I came across your video, thanks😊
P.S. I have Jumpsport 350- it has bungee cords and I teally like it. It's a great mid-price brand if one can't go for the big boys!
What kind did you get? I want one but so many to pick from.
ОтветитьGreat video! I just subscribed & look forward to watching more of your videos with health benefits! Would you share links or info of what mini trampoline & body brush that you use?
ОтветитьWhich size is best? I'm seeing 40" and 48". Great video!
ОтветитьWhat type of trampoline are you using? Looks fun.
ОтветитьI want to buy one. Where did you order your rebounder, and what size did you get? What oil did you use to oil the springs? Thank you for everything you post. You have made me feel so much better.
ОтветитьI have a knee and hip replacement, I was afraid that working on this would not be good for my replacements. Could anyone tell me?
ОтветитьThis looks great! I was looking for something to workout with other than my treadmill!! Thank you for your information!!🎉
ОтветитьThanks for doing this workout for us. U are so kind, I love all ur videos too.
ОтветитьHave you ever thought about screening your patio in against the woods? Esp for the safety of the children. I'm not sure where you live, but people and wild animals have a tendency to wander onto people's properties these days and a screened in patio with a fairly heavy guaged screen would be your 1st line of defense...with a heavy screen door with a lock...that way, everybody can sit outside at night as well. Just a suggestion.
ОтветитьWow! I bought one of these a few years ago. I never thought of using it this way. I stopped using it because it bothered one of my knees. Later I tried it and it stopped. I exercised on it more when I had it outside than inside. I need to start jumping on it with the 2 feet at the same time to warm up. Thank you so much for this video.
ОтветитьDoes a bungee rebounder give the same benefits? I have a bellicon that I need to dust off and start using.
ОтветитьI just got a rebounder. I put it in my family room and it’s right there so no excuse. And my teens get on it almost every day too. It’s just so fun!!!
ОтветитьThanks Sandy! I’m going to dig my rebounder out of the basement! Where are your legging from? Always on the lookout for just the right ones.
ОтветитьThanks so much Sandy! I really appreciate all the good to know info you share with us! Much love 💕
ОтветитьThanks for the very informative video, Sandy. I was very blessed to find a high quality rebounder at the thrift shop for $1! It’s been sitting in the garage for a few years. I had no idea they were so good for you! I’m going to try starting today with your workout. Your video was very inspiring to get moving! 💕
ОтветитьThe music is distracting and off-putting.
ОтветитьWould you suggest that for someone 73 ? 😊❤
ОтветитьWhat brand rebounder do you have? I got one that was so stiff it was brutal.
ОтветитьThanks for the rebounder routine. Can you tell us the brand and model of your rebounder in the video?
ОтветитьThat was fun and informative, thanks, Sandy
ОтветитьWere did you get your trampoline?
Ответитьomg wer hav u bin. u stil hot
Ответить😮😍😍😍
ОтветитьWear a pad. Makes me have to pee
ОтветитьI do have a rebounder, but do not use very much because it hurt my back and knees. But it sounds like I need to start out slow and build up over time. I do have a rough loofa that I use in the shower. What is the different between dry brushing versus wet brushing?
ОтветитьSandy I know you are not endorsing a certain mini trampoline but can you just please tell us which one you have? After seeing your video I’m definitely getting one for sure!😊
ОтветитьCan a 73 year old woman do it? Is it safe for me?
ОтветитьI Bought one Years ago hardly used it🤦♀️🤷♀️Now I know why I Bought it! Lol😂👏🏼🥰Thank you!❤
