Ruud shows the Catfarm spring 2018

Spring 2018: the plan was to rent the main house, so Ruud would have to move to another room.
He was to for a short time to the Netherlands to his sister Ellen’s house, while his new room would get painted and fixed.


Not everything went according to plan.

Its quite easy to only post success stories. but honestly we've had quite a few drawbacks that have made our plans go not quite as smoothly as we’d planned for.
Ruud’s Alzheimer's has made it now nearly impossible to keep him here in his house, where he has lived for nearly thirty years, and in January 2019 he will move to the Netherlands to a retirement home.
Now for sure.

Taking care with the community of our oldest member can be really stressful but also brings a lot of funny stories.
