After careful review the CCP has now categorized youth as between the age 25-59 years old, and the age 16-24 range never should've existed in the first place.

One of China biggest problems like the Soviets had is them trying to cover up negative news.. Sure it works in short term but in the long term it's actually worse because they don't address the issue or acknowledge the issue til at crisis levels by then it's really too late to do anything...

For salary earners having a passive source of income is the best thing you could have, because aside the fact that it isn't always enough you could lose your job any day at any time, having something to fall back to is crucial, for me it is trading the crypto and stock market and yes I didn't have that much knowledge to begin to earn that's why I said passive income, I leave the profit making to the pro like my Advisor 'Margaret Johnson Arndt' , who has been doing a wonderful job.

What is wrong that the whole world is suffering from the same problem? Where are the jobs? Where is the money? Instead of having economic conversations everyone wants to be talking about social and political issues. We dont care if we dont have any moneyyyy

The only problem here is the 'economy of growth'. Somehow, we're expecting our economies to grow every year. Why should they? Are there more trees each year? More natural resources? No. Let's all just take a breath, relax and admit that we have a pretty good life. Nothing needs to be improved. How about we stay at the same level of prosperity for the next 50 years? With the advancements of technology each year we'll need to work less and less to maintain the same level.

Logistics! Pandemic shut down was extremely stubborn. Companies realized they were not in control. They decided to leave. That’s not just one reason. There are others reason.
Wake up and don’t let Chinese communist dominate the world economy. Leave before it’s too late! Don’t let Chinese communist rule the world. Leave! Leave! Let’s move manufacturing to others countries!

Of course this raises the not "age old" so much as ww2 mentality old. The prerogative of the baby boomers insistence on the ponzi/pyramid scheme ideology of creating this need of old people needing ever more young people to live. It affects Chinese pple too.

We're not the baby boom generation and we cannot thrive, retire, or be cared for under the same rules. Social Security is a right in the US today. If we pay into it we're supposed to get it back. Unfortunately the generations 55 and younger are just getting shafted by this system. The benefits of social security are supposed to protect us from poverty of we get disabled or sick or simply age out of our industries.

It's a shxtty time when we overpopulate and have no plan for when the vastness of an older generation, the weight of their retirement is being laid to rest on our young people. I do hope we figure this out without causing more overpopulation or horrible living conditions for young people. Americans that paid into SSA and are getting nothing for it. It's unjustifiable.

Why does the correspondent have a background of Taipei, Taiwan? Is DW pro unification? From what I've heard when talking with people in China, there are too many economics majors and not enough electricians and programmers. It's a common problem. Young people will have to retrain towards more technical jobs or contend with menial jobs like delivery or manufacturing.
