Smashed Jalapeno Bacon Pepper Jack Burger

2 Pounds of hamburger (used my tortilla press to smash)
Lemon pepper
Onion powder
1 Pound of bacon
Pepper Jack cheese 1 Slice per patty
Pickled Jalapenos
Broich buns Toasted
Garlic spread for buns
Mayo
Lettuce
Tomato
2 Fresh jalapenos cut into strips no seeds put into flour then into the wet batter.
Oil to fry
1 Egg
1/2 Cup milk (you can just do 1/4 cup no waste)
1/2 Cup flour (you can just do 1/4 cup no waste)
Mix all together drop the strips in then put them into the oil to fry golden brown salt and enjoy.
