What it feels like to recover from cocaine addiction

I was doing coke everyday for months it’s crazy how I look back and thought that was normal I did a whole 8 ball to myself in less than 24 hours it ruined my relationship with my first love and I don’t blame her for leaving. That lesson turned me into a better person all around. I don’t think I’ll ever want to love someone that hard again it really broke me when we separated. But I would have never quit if she stayed I wish she could see how I am now but I’ve moved on now.

The sexy, glamorous image which cocaine has is a complete myth. All that it provides is mental health problems, financial problems, relationship problems. I have had problems on and off with this drug for many years now, it has brought me nothing but misery. Many of my friends are completely addicted to it.

The brain is like an engine, if you do drugs it's the same as putting water as a fuel on your car, you'll screw the engine.

I knew someone who was getting a divorced and had thought of suicide. He turnd over to cocain and rented out prostitutes. Now he has a change in harts and decided to live and work hard to keep that lifestyle of hookers and coke, its all in your mindset

Sadly I use alcohol and Cocaine as a relief from from normal life. I struggle with ptsd and a break down.
I have help from services and medication. But they don’t stop the memories, the flash backs of the trauma.
I can stop and not need anything. When life changes and it’s good. But it doesn’t last. I woke up today. And couldn’t find reasons to be here. So I got wasted. And ordered a gram.
Don’t judge me. This is what we do!
Try having my dreams and nightmares, try my life for a day.
Self medicating is a life saver.
I wish it was different. The addiction for me. Is the will to stay alive. There is no fairy tale ending. Just rage and will to survive.

I’m struggling with addiction but I don’t wanna stop yet but a half gram last me a couple days but I’ve been doing it every day for about three months. It’s very hard to stop I’m worried about myself.

I have never tried coke. People, please tell me, am I a lucky person ? I will never try it anyway, I'm just asking your opinion
