No cuz this is such a high elf dance in general. The elegance and regality of it and the overall essence is also very Astarion. I would take it as if he would be trying to win your Tav here by "having a different kind of fun". It would make sense he can dance well after centuries of life (or moreso in his previous human life), since he was a slave most of his vampire life. but then again nobody to share it with truly until he met your Tav who he falls deeply for. This is what i like to believe this dance belongs to him in every way.

Astarion absolutely needs his own dance scene. Ideally near the beginning of Act 2, so it can be like an "oops I'm catching feelings" moment for them both while still having options to proceed platonically/romantically with him. It's just so astronomically in-character for him to be able to dance, I mean how many masquerade balls, royal banquets and village festivals has he attended in order to lure people to Cazador?! Plus have you SEEN his posture?!?! This man could be in the ballet
