Thanks for a very clear and beginner-friendly video. I like that you didn’t skip ahead so we could see how long it should take.

Would you want to follow this up with some wax using basically the same process?

I’m pushing way too hard, moving too fast, and using too much product 🤦‍♂️. Thanks for the instructional videos for the novice. Learning on my old beater cars so mistakes don’t matter too much.

does it really take that long just for that small area? or multiple passes depends on the damage of the paint? just don’t want to burn thru paint

This may a dumb question, but I don’t think he mentions, the car must be clean and decontaminated from any dirt and debris before applying the polish correct?

Great video! I have a new Torqx and love it. I called Meguires today with a few questions, and the guy was scared to death to answer any questions. So I called Detail Garage where I bought the polisher...answered my questions in no time! Good company!😎👌

I just bought several of your products and a polisher from Amazon I use some of the VSS by hand and it’s working good I just don’t know if I need something stronger my car that I bought was neglected it’s a Cadillac CTS and it needs some paint correction and a high gloss finish thinking about putting some type of clearcoat or ceramic coating or something on it

The moment he added the material to the pad it looked like an artist and with a palette of paint. If you consider the tone of his voice, the cadence of his dialogue, and editing style; it felt like a video for Bob Ross Joy of Detailing.

I’m so glad you mentioned the spreading, no high spots and dab dab dab around so it doesn’t fling product everywhere 😂😂

Quick question should you read this:
with respect to weight applied to the machine, this would vary with the weight of the machine?
Say you're using a slightly heavier machine than the torqx, you'd apply less weight.
It sounds logical, but it's a bit of a broad question given the variety of dual action polishers available.
thanks

Thanks for the video. If your car is new and doesn't have swirls or paint damage, can you still use the TORQ polisher with a different pad to just polish and protect the surface?

I realize this may not get a reply but for this particular situation, even though the car was recently washed, was that hood clayed and/or stripped of any waxes before being polished? Thanks ahead.
