I think your editing is too schizophrenic and jumpy/flashy. There's nothing wrong with holding on a shot for more than 1.5 seconds, talking without flailing your arms around, or holding an image still on screen without shaking/spinning it (and playing weird sound effect when transitioning/changing shots. I don't mean to be negative, but it was so bad, I couldn't continue the video

The marines are 100% mostly bad. Only a handful of units are relatively morally good like smokers crew, but I do agree that they’re needed for pirates.

During the reviere its mentioned there is an empty throne that no one must sit in because no one person should rule the world. Surrounding that throne is 20 swords from the original people who founded the world government, symbolizing their pact to never have one rule above all else.

The celestial dragons are corrupt individuals descending from the original 20, but don't have political power.
The five elders are a corrupt group that defies what I assume to be the original intent of the world government by creating their own group that exists above the nations of the world.
Then that last one. The single person above the 5 elders. Not only does the existence of this person defy the declaration that "no one person should rule the world," but they even sit in the empty throne.

Whether the system was corrupt from inception or simply fell from grace is unclear, but for now one thing is certain. The world government is rotten to its core
