DAY 1 - ✅ completed
DAY 2 - ✅ completed
DAY 3 -❌ because my stomach was hurting
DAY 4 - ✅did it (sweated alot but still no changes)

I started exercising again after a long break and i started with this video,i felt light and energised but somehow i did not find this challenging and i also did not sweat much,plz suggest me any workout playlist which would be challenging and of short duration ( 20 to 30 minutes)as i want make sustainable workout plan for myself.

ОтветитьCompleted and added ten sit ups to finish it off been doing this for about six days now with a few other videos. Need to cut the energy drinks out and cigs but I'm still doing this and hopefully better results when I stop the bad things. This is rather easy for me especially suffering with asthma so thank you 😊

ОтветитьI hope I won’t lose track because I‘ve had enough. I hate my lack of discipline. I really want to lose weight to become more confident and healthy. I‘m currently at about 77 kg and I‘m 171 cm tall. My first milestone is 70 kg. My final goal is gonna be around 60 kg. Changing my eating habits is gonna be the hardest part though, but I won’t let that discourage me. Don’t give up on your goals, remember why you started!💕

ОтветитьI decided to combine 3 workouts with each other from Roberta’s gym I do them everyday I’ve been doing it for 2 weeks straight no skipping,no ruining my diet and I have already lost 7 kg thank you Roberta you made my dream come true
