What a wonderful city! Pardon the naive question, but it seems to me a lot of women on the street are not wearing the hijab (properly?). I thought the government in Iran had gotten stricter in enforcing these laws. Are the women ignoring this, or can they because of their social status ? Or am i simply misinformed ?
