How To View Notification History On Samsung Galaxy Devices

This is what google gives you when trying to check stuff on a samsung S5.
If I want to check a samsung s5 lost notifications why am I here?
New phones you can just see them by checking notifications.
Old phones they are in limbo.
So a reset code or link that cant be recreated gone.
So I need to know where they go not some alien showing people how to click the check notification button!!!!!😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲

ive checked all the other versions from 8-10.
