I know that full body routine is not supposed to be done everyday, but I feel this routine is not that heavy. I feel a bit sore, but like good sore. And I don't want it to be bad sore. So,...should I do this workout everyday?

ОтветитьI’m not new to strength training or an expert and prefer to workout at home. I came across one of your workouts and I’m impressed! I love the formats you use and how you show the muscles you’re working. Your workouts are simple, to the point without those ridiculous influencer moves or combinations that are so difficult to do you’ll likely hurt yourself. You can make them as challenging as you want with more reps or heavier weight without changing the integrity of the workout! Love the music too! Thank you for bringing a great workout lineup!

Some workout folks use loud, blaring music (sometimes with people "singing" it's distracting and totally unnecessary for keeping to a beat or whatever. I have some hearing deficientcy and your background sounds are so great an accompaniment! love your work

ОтветитьI’m so proud of myself 🥹 I bought some 15 lb weights yesterday and I did the workout today. Started with 5lb weights on my journey 2 weeks ago. Now I wanna lift heavier and I felt soooo good after this workout. I did go back to my 5lb weights for some of the workouts because I absolutely could not do it with those 15lb weights. But I completed the FULL workout 😊
