Bravo Aki you are amazing!,, I followed all your receipts it helped me a lot. For the biftekia I will use normal bread and gluten free because my son in law had a problem. I will let you know if it is worked. So it will be 2 KINDS of biftekia. NA ise kala me igia ke epitihies. Apo tin Notio Afriki 😊

I made these.. Oooo Lalaa! I served them with Tszeki sauce on the side! I made a small change with the panade, all I had on hand were buttermilk and Triscut crackers lol
I may just keep that change they were delicious!

I also love that he specifies Greek extra virgin - it really is the absolute best. I swear if you close your eyes you can taste thousands of years of history and the magic of the ancients in it. It’s incredible.

Delicious- one of my favorite things to order in Athens. Akis knows his stuff! You have to have pork and beef!! The pork gives a sweetness and mildness to the meat! Same with moussaka. So many recipes don’t do this. Bravo!! Xx
