How To Use A Floss Pick

I love using floss picks
I carry a small travel container of them In my purse so I have them to use after going to out and about. If I eat somewhere, just run to the bathroom and clean my teeth! I hate food getting stuck.

I also have sensory issues and can't stand how wooden toothpicks feel...so the angled plastic pick is a game changer for me!

Can I wash the pick before each tooth instead?

I rinse mine every few teeth. 😆

I started flossing for t he first time today and followed many guides like going till the gum but when i did that blood started coming from my gums

How to use to for back teeth it's really hard for me to do back teeth.

Doc, are the picks just as effective? I am having a hard time flossing (gripping the string). So I was thinking I'd use the picks instead.
