I saw my New Primary Care Physician yesterday in Pennsylvania for a physical. Toward the end of it I asked if he wanted a Urine sample for a Urinalysis. He said no, that it has been medically proven that Urine Tests have no medical benefit. I was shocked. My other Drs in New Jersey almost always took a Urine sample during routine check ups.

Liver does not produce bilirubin. It converts unconjugated bilirubin to conjugated.

I had urine analysis test as I had burning sensation but in report it says presence of leukocytes but no nitrates and no protein /albumin no blood
But presence of 12 wbc where range is 0-5
Is this uti
Am going crazy

Question: why would a Truck driver need to submit to a Blood in the Urine test. How could a person with blood in their urine become a bad truck driver?

I use stainless steel camber pot at night. It collect some white (visible when dry) stain in bottom, which need scrub off. I measured its dry amount and result was 14 mg at 24 h. Is it protein?

Went to get checked for STDs. They tested for chlay, gon, trich, mycroplasma, HEP a, b and c, HIV, syphilis. I do have some stinging/burning inside penis(male), frequent urination and sore/achyness in groin and testicles. Could i have missed something? I saw you mentioined RBC can show bacteria. They did a urine culture and nothing found. Could this be NGU/NSU or somethinhg else?
