I especially love the amount of habaneros! My current recipe is a marinade that turns into a "BBQ sauce" that gets applied as needed to the target entree. Only over charcoal and apple or maple wood smoke.
Next, Cara don't be a baby! I chop pounds of habaneros, ghost, scorpion, 7-pot, chocolate, Douglah, Thai, Super Chiles, well, OK, name it: NO gloves!
Rule #1: Don't touch anything with your hands that you don't want to burn for about 20 minutes.
