Is it worth the switch from Boost Infinite? $25 a month price locked forever, versus Mint Mobile $15 a month unlimited for first 3 months then $30 a month after, not sure about price lock. Only difference being Boost Infinite is postpaid and Mint Mobile is prepaid, and of course Mint is owned by T-Mobile and Boost is owned by DISH however long DISH Wireless stays around (I assume if DISH goes bankrupt another carrier will buy Boost for the name recognition and the millions of subscribers, probably AT&T or T-Mobile since it runs on there networks)
ОтветитьEh idk i cant trust this video, it was a fkn paid sponsorship from the company he's reviewing 😂 also they sold to T Mobile soo tmobiles shady shit is most likely gonna happen in the coming months
ОтветитьHad to pause the video after a minute... Why the hell is this guy talking from mostly just the right side of his mouth 😂😂😂
ОтветитьHad Mint 3 years. No frills. Decided to research which plan may be best before renewing again, since they don't have plans for tablet or watch. Decided the shared plan from US Mobile fit for me bettter. I can get an iPad plan and a few other things that are better. Was a NIGHTMARE on chat customer service lines at Mint while doing research and then to get me info to port over! First, to answer questions to compare specs. Had to put in my ID 4 time, waited for over an hour, had someone who obviously didn't have english as the 1st language, had to go back in again, waited 55 minutes for someone to answer up. Was just TERRIBLE service! Mint has GREATLY DECLINED in customer service! In total I spent over 3 hours trying to work with this stupid bot/customer service reps. It is VERY, VERY slow to answer ANY question while on with a rep even. There is no way to contact them except by bot. It is super, super frustrating!!! Wil never go back.
ОтветитьIt's a lie, it's only $15 a month for the first time you use it them it hikes up the price.
ОтветитьOn T-Mobile and i Loves it been with them 4 years cus verizon had no coverage where i worked only tmobile did 😂
ОтветитьI don’t even know if I’ll ever use mint mobile but what I do know is that I’ve seen so many ads with Ryan Reynolds in it who is an actor I respect, so I just wanted to see if he was promoting a scam or not.
ОтветитьIf you have a second line Mint is ideal. I have two phones. It costs me significantly less to have two phones and have a second number with Mint than it does just to add a second line with Verizon.
ОтветитьBeen with mint mobile for 4 years now and I took the unlimited yearly payment and I love it because I forget about the transaction the whole year.
Ответитьhot spot data is only good foor 10g per month. Otherwise, service has been great for the past 3 years in the central IL region. Stick with the $15/month yearly plan unless you stream A LOT on your phone.
ОтветитьGoto space weather for sun spot info. Your text problems might be due to space weather.
FYI.
I have Mint Mobile, and it works fine in Houston. I have the unlimited 12 month plan. I just pay $360 plus taxes. I had AT&T, but I got tired of paying $80+ every month.
ОтветитьHow does someone get their phone stolen and who carry’s a backup phone?
ОтветитьLooks like Ryan Renalds is on top of it !!
ОтветитьDo they have any deals on phones for switching?
ОтветитьI have metro pcs which uses t-mobile tower. I live in LA county the most populous County in the US. The 4g coverage is not good. LOL on all those amazing figures in rural parts yet in major urban area sucks.
ОтветитьThanks for the info, I just purchased new phone and mint service.
ОтветитьI've had Mint for almost 3 years now and love it. The Ryan Reynolds Christmas card is always fun every year. I also like going into Sam's Club where the AT&T guys always ask me what carrier I have. They always look kind of dejected when I tell them Mint because they know I've got them beat on price and coverage.
ОтветитьRefer to a friend, they wouldn't be my friend anymore, sorry but I can't say enough bad about mint mobile, they should be sued for deception, don't waste a cent on this extremely poor useless service!!!
ОтветитьAbsolutely terrible, you get what you pay for, nothing but problems, 4 calls to customer service, hours to set everything up, picture messages worked yesterday but not today, extremely unreliable, shouldn't have bought 3 months service, if you want to try it buy 1 month at the lowest price to see if it works for you. I have full wifi and 4 bars, nobody can figure out why it won't work. It's like buying a problem!!!
ОтветитьI want to use mint mobile on hot spot device , any one using mint SIM card on hot spot device ,
I have the Alcatel link zone 2
Interesting thx
ОтветитьSome locales were helped by the sprint merger. Our household doesn't get coverage at all, even though we get ATT and verizon. I've told focus representatives, yet nothing changes.
ОтветитьIf Mint uses TMobile's towers, and Cricket uses AT&T's towers, who uses Verizon's towers?
ОтветитьI just switched a 2nd phone from Ting to Mint. Port took 30 seconds. Super easy. Same network but Ting is falling behind in pricing on data.
ОтветитьQuestion, hot spot usage ? Limits ? Same as the phone? Most are not? Visble is the only one I have heard that have unlimited hot spot
ОтветитьHOWdy A-M, ...
Thanks for the REVIEW

I switched to MINT about six months ago -- LOVE-IT. I don't use a lot of data so I'm on the 5GB month plan.
ОтветитьOut of all the mint videos yours is the best. I like to go off of your recommendations
ОтветитьThank you for this video, Tyler. You mention that you can start service with Mint and later port your number. That is basically what I would like to do. I would want to try Mint out before taking the leap of porting my number over. Can you point to some more info about how to port my number after already activating the Mint SIM?
ОтветитьAntenna man more like gsm man
ОтветитьI cannot tell you how much I LOVE Mint Mobile! I drove from NC to OK without issues using Google Maps on it. I’ve had it for two years now and it’s amazing. Even in the USVI it was super fast! Paying $30 a month for the coverage I get across the country is a bargain. So grateful to leave Verizon!
ОтветитьNo thanks ive had enough trouble with metro by mobile. Signal is awful in small town South Carolina.
ОтветитьI have Mint and have been VERY pleased. $15/month and better coverage in some areas than before. That is where I get to my next point, I bought my iPhone through Verizon for a cheaper payment plan price and after it was paid off I switched. iPhone 11. I used eSim to get the service and try with Verizon via sim and stopped Verizon. Mint eSim still works. So works with Verizon phones.
ОтветитьCricket wireless is caped. At bout 8mbps.
ОтветитьJust a 6+ minute commercial for Mint Mobile. I know you have to pay the bills, but dang...
ОтветитьNot interested in telephones.
ОтветитьThank you, Sir.
Ответить1 yr. Commitment to a substandard network not......
Ответить😂
ОтветитьI agree . I left Verizon four years ago and I am glad I did. Mint mobile is great. I live in a rural area.
ОтветитьTyler, as a T-Mobile user myself (I just returned to T-Mobile from AT&T) T-Mobile in my honest opinion has not only the fastest internet but reasonable prices and deals compared to the big dogs Verizon and AT&T. Before I went to T-Mobile the first time i was on Sprint, where I live in Southern Tier New York, Sprint was surprisingly more reliable than T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T. HOWEVER, when T-Mobile and Sprint first merged the service then became ATROCIOUS. Even when 5G first came out it was terrible. So, not knowing what I was about to get myself into with AT&T, i switched to AT&T thinking i'd get better service and coverage.... whelp i was HORRIBLY wrong. As you pointed out in your video, AT&Ts internet was almost non existant, even if i had 3-5 bars of LTE or 5G it NEVER worked... unless i was in a 5G+ service area (Syracuse was the only area that I got it). So fast forward 2 years later I finally gave AT&T the middle finger and went back to T-Mobile. As soon as i switched, it was a night and day difference with internet speed, especially with the 5GUC. It is STUPID fast. I am now a fully commited T-Mobile user from here on out. Thank you for this review of Mint Mobile Tyler! I for one can atest to T-Mobile!
ОтветитьThe website doesn't work. It flipped out when trying to pick my phone.
ОтветитьWhat's the rate after the first 3 months?
ОтветитьMint is OK, not as good as post paid t mobile, I use mint almost 2 years now, it sometimes is slow and no coverage, while my friends with t mobile have, but overall it does the job, I keep it only because of price. But am thinking of going back to t mobile , it is better.
ОтветитьI've been a AT&T customer for years and got tired of their high bill. I just switched to Mint today, so far so good. Will try it for the three months if not happy will switch to AT&T prepaid 12 month plan for $300. Bf has the AT&T prepaid plan, we drove all the way to Grand Canyon with no issues.
ОтветитьI had the same issue with cricket so i left. Its frustrating that i had the 60 dollars unlimited no BS data plan on cricket and i got a message saying that data will slow after 22GBs. What BS is that. I prefer google fi over mint because they include a few rural coverage areas that mint doesn't. Yes its more expensive but it also works in Mexico and again mint doesn't. Not saying mint is a bad carrier, im just saying that fi fits my needs better
ОтветитьIn Canada, unlimited Internet costs from $150 to $200 per month, compared to only $30 per month that MINT charges in America. Canada has the world's most expensive Internet service costs.
