ОтветитьIt's November and the weather is really bad, which unfortunately puts me in a bad mood (seasonal depression). I almost started crying, but decided to workout and this made me actually smile, even though I couldn't breathe and had to make a break in the middle. Thank you ❤

Day 1. ✔️ Wow this was so fun. My favorite cardio workout. I usually hate cardio but this was really good i enjoyed it!

Day 3 - ✅ (75.9kg) I didn't need to take a break halfway through this time
Day 4 - ✅ (74.9kg)
Day 5 - ❌ (I was out all day from morning until night, didn't have a chance to exercise or weigh myself)
Day 6 - ❌ didn't exercise or weigh myself
Day 7 - ✅ (74.9kg)
Gonna start this today & track it here so I feel more motivated to continue:
Day 1 - ✅ (Starting Weight: 59.9kg) - did this exercise twice
Day 2 - ✅ Weight: 59.4kg - did this exercise alongside an ab/waist workout (Started weighing in the morning instead of night which is probably why it dropped a lot more)
Day 3 - ✅ Weight 60.7kg - did this alongside starting the jumprope challenge 1000 jumps (how's it going up 😭😭😭)
Day 4 - ✅ Weight 59.9kg - did this alongside the jumprope challenge 1500 jumps (gone back to my original weight 🤔)
Day 5 - ❎ Skipped today as I was out all day, but did 200 jumps.
Day 6 - ❎ Skipped today but did 700 jumps.
Day 7 - ✅ Weight 59.6kg
How many times a day or week doing this to lose weight and when would I see results?
