despite the HDD is amond the most complex tecknology of engineering it is not a valuable for long therm storage for archives , because it demagnetises by the time high quality CD's can live up to 30 years protected from humidity

I have a habit of cooling down my external hard disks using a cold wet towel. It really works well. Temperature can drop from 52'c to 42'c in just 3 minutes.

Bro why is this comment section a debate between ssd and hdd? Like who cares, they both store data. HDD are cheap for tons of storage, ssd are soooo much faster. Who cares, it's just a data storage

SSD has less more Mechanical parts w.r.t. HDD
I think HDD is much more complex (if we consider nechanics)
