I heard this song for the first time on greatest hits radio for the Tuesday treat. It put more than a smile on my face.

OH MY FUCKING GOD! There not many things I know about music after 59 years.i was just listening to albums and I put on a night at the opera. I HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS SONG BEFORE. How? Why? I have no clue. I've listened to this album many times. For whatever reasons I've never heard this track. It just became one of my favorites. What a great song. I have now listened to a couple dozen times. To quote Yosemite Sam...what an igit.
Leave it to Freddie Mercury to write a song like this.

The music of this song is played by a brass band in Good Omens. I haven't heard the melody since the 70s. The only word I remembered that goes with it was "Sunday Afternoon" and here I am.

Beatles were such a huge influence on Queen; especially here...

I recall vividly the night this album (which was not yet available in record stores) was played uninterupted on an FM show called "Virgin Vinal". I just sat there, dumbfounded. I was totally familiar with all the previous work of Queen, had their albums and listened to them constantly. This was their magnum opus....and it still stands tall to this day.

The backing vocals on this are absolute perfection. Brian's guitar solo is just the cherry on top
