Im pretty sure the stone cutter is more effective at getting every stone type block in your inventory whereas using the crafting table you can’t even craft, like stairs for instance without already having a certain amount.

Stone cutters are more efficient specifically producing stares, workbench wastes materials to create the stairs stonecutter is 1 block = 1 stair workbench 6 blocks = 3 stairs just wanted to point that out.

In the scenario where you're taking on the blazes in a tight space, get low so they don't actually see you and `tickle` their feet. If they don't see you they won't shoot fire balls at you.
