ОтветитьFolks Just drink water . Ever heard of fatty liver ? Fermented fructose ( such is hard liqueur..) is what generates fatty liver and then liver disease and ultimately liver failure. Once fatty liver sets in it drives a strong and sustained insulin response from the pancreas because the liver is not functioning properly . The insulin spike is exactly what a low keto diet is trying to avoid so you can burn fat and stay healthy .
