ОтветитьHi Casey, i love your videos. In my family, cholesterol is also a thing unfortunately. But it's not only the eggs themselves that are the problem, because they also have lots of good fats in them. It's also: bad oils, butters and especially red meat. I saw you mentioning only two little eggs (which won't do anything to your cholesterol) but not mentioning the red meat in the same way, while that's a way bigger problem in western countries regarding cholesteral (especially in the US). Just wanted to share, guess you probably knew already haha. Also, lots of red meat brings other stuff with them, like higher chance on some kinds of diseases. Because you didn't mention it, I assume you were eating that more often. That it's grass-fed or whatever hype runs on social media, doesn't change the fact that it's red meat which is not good for cholesterol levels. Yes, the concentration in an egg is higher, but we're not eating as much eggs as we're eating meat.
