The World’s Worst Metro (NYC Subway)

NYC can learn from Delhi metro. It is clean, cheap, fast, safe(probably safest at many places at city).

This guy apparently doesn't know what he's talking about. First of all it's the one of the oldest and is the most intricate system in the world. It's dirty because people make it dirty. Maybe he should walk or drive around. It's the fastest and it is as safe as walking. As someone who was born and raised in NYC and has literally been around the world and on most major subway systems I can say, yes there are nicer systems but none that are as extensive. I love how he's saying that there are no glass doors on the platforms. Those that do are newer systems. NYC like London are older and don't have doors. Maybe he should go back home and leave the subways to N.Y.ers.

Considering the danish fares for metro and public transport in general this is extremely cheap and honestly looks more convenient then ours

No way is it the worst. Ok NYC subway is not pretty, but at least you can actually ride it.
In Manila, tried to ride the metro and waited for 6 trains and still couldn't get onboard one because there was way too much people (a big understatement) on board and on platforms. In the end I gave up and walked.

For three bucks ... you get what you pay for. You get around the city wherever you need to go, but it's not really pleasant. my biggest problem is that it gets insanely hot down in the tunnels.

the system is old all other country did better buy not making the same mistakes that mta did and learning from it. American like throwing there garbage on the ground they don't put in the trash not all but some do.

This exactly why you work and earn a BMW even if stuck in traffic with a fantastic stereo system . And you can open the window at will if you feel . New York .
