Helpful but the demoralizing video. How does anyone save for anything
ОтветитьThose are all pretty much same prices as Guam. Considering we get everything imported in, I guess that’s pretty expensive to live there
ОтветитьVery detailed. I loved it!
ОтветитьCan someone who lives alone without kids be able to afford living here? If so whats a livable wage ?
ОтветитьSo if I’m being honest this is how much it costs literally everywhere else in the country…for anything…the entire country is feeling the effects of this hyper inflation. I live in shitty Louisiana and milk costs 6$ a gallon here…more than San Diego so sign me up lol
Ответитьwell organized video thanks
Ответитьare there many places in san diego that do short term rentals about 3 months you recommend? I want to check out the city to see if i like it but i am debating on an airbnb option or if i can find a month to month property.
ОтветитьWhat A great Video.. thankyou For being Honest About Sandiego Ca.🤣👻🤣
ОтветитьYou forgot golf:) can you live ok with a 9k a month budget with no mortgage and car paid for?
ОтветитьNice!
ОтветитьI have traveled all over the world and I have found that my favorite locations are all expensive, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Zurich, Sydney. Seems to me people are willing to spend more to live in really nice places. I have found that when people talk about the most affordable places in the US they are talking about the most undesirable places to live.
ОтветитьThats what we saw both visiting and researching. Everything OTHER than housing costs are marginally higher (statistically 7%) but like groceries and convenience stores are about the same nationwide Boston/Chicago/SunnyD.
Food is WAY fresher though in California, so id pay 20% premium on that alone.
Really the TRUE "cost of living" is ALL baked into monthlies like Rent/Mortgage and Gas/Electric. At least thats what we discovered.
Is it worth it? 1000% HECK YES!
Those benjamins get spent warming you up in winter or flying you to beach vacations anyway! Might aswell just live on vacation and rough it around the edges :P
thanks Bern for the video1 I like how you went into different places and then talked about the prices. When I lived there from 1988-1992,it was so affordable. On studio apartment in Banker's Hill was $350 a month. Had a 1Bedroom in Hillrest,6th ave,$550..i so wish it wasn't so expensive, although so beautiful. Take care hi to Courtney!
ОтветитьBern is always entertaining
ОтветитьOnly shop at VONS , FRIDAY FRENZY.. Gasoline at COSCO, usually .50 cents per gallon cheaper. Stanton Optical ,EyeGlass World. Free eye exam . Take a weekend drive to VISTA. Plenty of roadside farm stand sales .. Really great prices. 👍
ОтветитьGreat video and accurate prices for every life expense in our area!
